The project is called Hiera, a label derived from the Japanese characters for “peace and harmony”. According to the property developers, the label describes the layout ideas for all of the property, “stabilizing a lively city way of living with all natural fitness for its residents”.
Hiera is the first property development in BSD City by Sinar Mitbana Mas and will be built in periods from 2023. The first period will consist of a landed property estate with a health and even all natural living-centric layout.

Hiera will feature neighborhood structure areas as well as facilities adding to a self-dependent project. It will even feature a car-free commercial roadway with market, dining, and even recreation choices.
The 108ha project includes non commercial along with transit-oriented projects, and it is going to be helmed by Sinar Mitbana Mas, the joint-venture company around Mitbana and Sinar Mas Land.
